Marina R. Matuzek graduated with a B.A. from Clark University in 1986, and got her J.D., cum laude, from Massachusetts School of Law in 1992. She was a solo practitioner from 1992 to 2015, and formed the partnership of Matuzek & McGee with her husband in 2015.
Besides helping clients with various private matters, Attorney Matuzek has represented indigent individuals in criminal, delinquency, state custody and guardianship cases for over 26 years.
Kevin C. McGee received a B.A. from Western New England University in 1983 and graduated, cum laude from Western New England Law in 1986. From 1986 to 1988 he served as a law clerk to the Hon. James Queenan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. In 1988 Attorney McGee joined Seder & Chandler in Worcester, MA concentrating in commercial bankruptcy and litigation. He became a partner there in 2006. In 2015 he left and formed Matuzek & McGee with his wife.
Besides concentrating in all forms of bankruptcy practice since 1988, Attorney McGee has represented indigent parents and children in state intervention cases since 2016.
